01 / 07 · Eligibility
Coverage verified before the visit, so surprises never reach the claim.

01The problem

Most billing companies stop at submission. We stay with every claim, through denials, appeals and payer silence, until it’s paid.

Sound familiar?
What changes with us

We trace recurring denials to their root cause and fix the workflow, not just the one claim.

Eligibility, authorization, coding and filing issues each get an owner and a fix.

02Services & pricing

You pay when
you get paid

We take a small percentage of the money we actually bring in for you. Nothing on what you bill, nothing on claims that never pay.

Ongoing

Revenue Cycle Management

The whole cycle, owned end to end, with a clear view of what’s paid, pending and overdue.

Eligibility & benefits checks Coding review & claim submission Payment posting & reconciliation Denials, appeals & patient balances
How it's priced
3.5–5% of net collections
A percentage of the money we actually collect for you each month, not of what you bill.
For example
We collect$50,000
Our fee$1.8k–$2.5k
You keep$47.5k+

Contingency

Accounts Receivable Recovery

We go back for money you’ve already earned: reviewing aging, investigating denials and following up with payers.

Aging review, oldest balances first Denial investigation & correction Payer follow-up, on the record Scoped without full RCM
How it's priced
12–18% of what we recover
Only on old balances we successfully bring back. Recover nothing, pay nothing.

03How we work

Catch it before.
Show it after

Most denials hide in four small places on a claim. Watch the dots on this sample, or tap one, to see where and how we catch them first.

Fair questions

Do I need to change my EHR? Not necessarily. We review compatibility and access during the assessment and work inside your existing systems wherever possible.
Can you help with old AR only? Yes. AR recovery can be scoped on its own, on contingency, separate from full RCM.
Is recovery guaranteed? No. It depends on payer rules, documentation, deadlines and claim status. We’ll tell you honestly what looks recoverable, and what doesn’t.
Can I send patient information here? No. This site is for business inquiries only. Patient data moves through an agreed secure process, after a BAA and the right agreements are in place.
